No response to emails for an exchange

I recently purchased shoes from www.christianLouboutinInc.com I paid 152 USD for them. I have located their address via the council of better business bureaus. There details are:

I purchased the shoes they were delivered very quickly, upon reciept of the purchase I realised the shoes were slightly too big and looked at the exchange policy, which they did have and said they would exchange if I reutend them which I was willing to do. I contacted them via email at [email protected] 6 times and to date have had no reply, I have ctried calling but no one answers the phone and I have also wrote to them and as yet still have had no reply.

I am now questionning the validity of this website and would like a full refund on the goods.

Please can you look into this for me.

I have all of the supporting paperwork should you need it, I dont have the paperwork in the formats listed below as it is on emails etc... I will also be contacting Trading Standards in the UK and the Better Business Bureau in the US.
