Following repeated phone calls trying to sell me a product which was to study a course online called PMP, I eventually agreed to take the opportunity to further my studies. After many weeks of trying to gain access to their website I was told by one of their support teams that I had to download software onto my PC in order to be able to study courses etc. This I did only to find out that these were not courses but exams!!! So where does one start to study then? Should I buy books, are there any online Video's, what? After 3 months of faffing around, I gave up as I was hectically busy working overseas & had very little time to find the correct study method in order to progress etc. Last but not least, When I was convinced to join their online study course, they told me I had nothing to lose as their main goal was to make sure I passed & if it didn't work, I would then receive a full refund. Instead of waiting more time, I decided to ask for a refund as I wasn't getting anywhere. They replied to me with a bunch of small print basically telling me that I could only ask for a refund within 15 days of starting the course etc. So no refund & no way to extend.
