We was traveling to Dominican Republic with Thomas cook, it's a long hall flight, traveling there there was an issue with the airline so we got put onto a privilege aircraft, the service was awful, the televisions was broken which the aircraft apologised for, but when you've paid a lot of money to be entertained for 10 hours it's not acceptable. Also the aircraft had a lack of food and drink services and not as many toilets as an airbus should have.
