None working phone

Hello,

To say i am a very any customer is being polite. I myself have had my Samsung Galaxy S i1900 on contract with Vodafone for nearly a year. My partner wanted a new contract and new phone, so he chose the same phone as i had and i added and new line to my existing account with Vodafone. At this point all was ok.

Recieved the new phone and line rental on 9th Feb after having the phone 2 weeks the screen went and was unable to use the phone. Rung Vodafone and they arranged for an exchange phone (which is the same make and model) to be sent out and swapped for the phone with the broken screen. Swapped the phones but the new exchange phone wouldnt turn on, rung Vodafone and they arranged for another exchange phone to be sent out. Yes they did send another one out to swap with the one that wouldnt turn on, but this 2nd exchange phone kept switching itself off every 2-6mins. I then rung vodafone again and they stated they would try one more exchange phone, so yet again i had to arrange for someone to wait in. Exchanged phones and now the 3rd exchange phone also kept turning itself off. Vearing in mind this has now gone on for 3 weeks, thats 3 weeks without a phone and a line rental we are still paying for. I contacted Vodafone again and was told that they would finally change the phone with a brand new phone (same make and model) this was a duty manager that i spoke to. They said they did not have any in stock but to ring every other day to check and when stock is in they will send one out. I then rung last week to check when the stock would be in, only to be told it is unlikely they would get anymore in as Saumsung are making a new model so are not producing anymore of this model. They then offered me a different type of phone which was shocking. The Samsung i have to buy is £380 but they were telling me the only phone i could have was another one made by Samsung which is slower, less capable, etc which is only worth £175 to by. Surely they have to offer me something of the same quality and price???!!! I find this whole service absolutley shocking. I am completely disgusted. At present we still have no phone and are still paying for a line rental not able to be used.
