I ordered an excercise equipment over two weeks ago, paid for delivery with an aditional amount to name the day. The delivery van arrived two days later with the wrong item!!! The driver shrugged his shoulders saying 'I am just the delivery man, contact the store'. To cut a long story short, two weeks later after over 20 phone calls that patch me through to 'get this' SOUTH AFRICA, when asda is 10 mins drive from here, I am still waiting for my item. They told me they can't deliver mine until the old item is collected!! They eventually came to pick up old item to the wrong adress and had to be redirect to the correct address and now they are telling me in SOUTH AFRICA that Asda can't release my item (even though they have my money) till the collection company delivers the wrong item back to them. They have no idea even though the wrong item was collected over a week ago when Asda will recieve this as SOUTH AFRICA cannot see it on their computers. So as far as SOUTH AFRICA is concerned, it has not been returned to Asda.
I don't know when I am gonna receive my order which was placed over two weeks ago neither does the call centre in SOUTH AFRICA!!! I an so angry with Asda, what diabolical services!!!
