Total rip off company, did not deliver the goods or the promised refund. No means of contact Berkshire

In OctoberI ordered a quad bike. When it was not delivered by the promised date I sent several e-mails to them which were not answered. I then threatened to call trading standards and was given a delivery date for 2 weeks later. The day before the due date I was told delivery would be in another 3 weeks or I could cancel and have a full refund.

I accepted the refund offer, but although they claim it was authorised on 7th December, to date I still have not received it. Payment was made through Moneybookers. They forewarded payment toWaleed Mowafi.
