I decided to ignore all the complaints on the internet about the internet company (Internet Corporation Ltd.) which has a website offering services called www.bz9.com. They seemed to have a great product and for the first month everything went great until their system went down and caused me a lot of issues and embarrasment. Right from the start they were rude when I emailed them and they didn't think twice about causing me and my company issues. Instead, they tried to get me to pay more money for my services and because I complained they closed my account without my authorization and told me they would not refund me. I suppose they think they can get away with this since they are an internet company. They lost me as a customer and lost my money that I would have kept paying if only they had handled the situation right. I had every right as a consumer to voice my opinion but they didn't like it so they tried bullying me and scamming me for more money. This company has horrible customer service and they go out of their way to make sure they don't give you a refund. They make up every excuse in the book to not give you your money back. I don't think they are trying to help anyone with their service, they just want your money and will find anyway they can to get it, even if they know what they are doing is wrong. I had been a great customer and paid three months ahead and this is what I get. I feel very regretful now that I ever gave BZ9.com a chance. They have proven to be the business scam that so many people reported online. Stay clear of them and any of their services as you will be sorry.
