My family and I went to the above coffee shop I ordered my drinks and cakes and spent £20.00 the young man who was making my drinks cleaned the cups he was using for my drinks with his dirty Apron. I said to him that what had just done was disgusting and told him could he change the cups please. His reply was I was only washing the bits from inside the cups. I have worked for a well known cafe bar in my home in Birkenhead for 20years and never have seen anything like this I am really disappointed with this service and hope I never see this happen again. AS you are a well known coffe shop I hope you understand my complaint. Thank you Julie
