My name is Oana Maior, we bought a x5mop online from price-crash.we got an e-mail from them on the 20th of september saying we woulg get the mop in a month time, but we never got it. I have tried to write to them but their web site doesn't exist anymore. Since you are the firm who took money from my account I consider you responsible for this fraud.
I would appreciate very much if you could reply and give me some informations about this issue.
