I made an order on 5/01/2013 and paid for a 3-5 day delivery. I did NOT receive my item in those days, instead I had to call the company on 14/01/2013 to state that I had not received it yet and I got it in the post with a first class stamp on the following day (15/01/2013) showing that it was only posted out after I called. One of the items on my invoice was listed as 'out of stock' when it actually was IN stock at the time I was ordering.
I then sent some items back on the 16/01/2013 via first class to be received the next day in order for me to get a refund. I then waited over two week and it wasn't till I called again and found out that the company now had a 'new' address and claimed it was on the website in December. Surely closer to changing the address, the company should have warned the customers?! Also, the address I used to send the items back WAS on the website AND on my invoice in JANUARY therefore I was **** to AGAIN by the customer service staff, who by the way, sound very miserable on the phone, very poor customer service, sort it out!!
