After applying for a loan (not to the above named) they approached me and said they would agree to give me a loan. After lengthy discussions they took a deposit (twice) one of £60 then a further of £100. Alas to late I had been de-frauded and I informed the local police in Gwynedd who then transfered the case to the Metropolitan Police. Best Loans? Quick Loans? Wage Day Loans? JPB Corp Ltd? ActLoan? and 8 more AKA'S thus far pestered and harrassed me up to 14 times on some days, always the same person (Asian) who said his name was Kelvin??? If I or the police rand the numbers we had they wouldn't admit who they were. The police went to an adress in Belsize Park, London but that to was bogus. On the 27/07 a Company called JPB Corp Ltd. Bournemouth took £49.95 from my account and I had never heard of them, hadn't a clue. As I was still in the midst of a de-fraud investigation I could only assume that this was just another extention of Best Loans etc; at the time there was no telephone number or web site, I decided to change my details with my bank to stop any further money being stolen, it was only yesterday I was alerted that a phone number had sprung up. and the investigators at my bank now confirmed that JPB Corp Ltd were indeed Actloan. They had been attempting to take money from my old account on many occasions. It transpired that the deposits I paid were now in India and cannot be traced, just like these fraudsters. But I feel sure that they will be caught and brought to justice.
