I purchased a mobile repeater on the internet from a company with a South African base address in Edenvale. Included in the cost were a shipping cost and a delivery period of 3-5 days. On 21/01 when I placed the order my credit card was immediately credit to the correct amount.By the 01/02 after no response on my e-mails phone calls I placed a complaint on Hellopeter on which they also did not response on. This week I received a call from TNT express saying that I have to pay an additional export duty before the product will be released. This was done and now nearly a month later I still do not have my product.
In the end I could have had my product cheaper and on the same day I paid for it, these people in my eyes are dishonest and should not be trading on the internet
