Taking money without permission

Hello there i applied for a loan with amigo loans a few days later i received a call from ak management saying i had to wait for a email to continue with my loan i the n received emaillis ting a couple of loan companies and i just left it i said i didnt want it because how much i would off had to pay back and i went to get mymoney out my account next day and they had took it without permission i would like my full money back or will have to take further action
