My husband sent me a parcel from UK it was supposed to be delivered in Cape Town, instead the parcel got delivered in Johannesburg (DRL Express Delivery) why i dont know, The company did not communicate with me when the parcel arrived. I was contacted by a delivery guy called James. He told me that I need to pay R5000.00 in order for my parcel to be delivered and i paid that amount to an FNB account. I waited for days still nothing, some guy called Henry called me and asked me to pay another R4500 before i can get the parcel on top of that R5000 so I asked him why and he told some story about delivery and petrol..so now this stupid so called manager is not making any contact what so ever and refusing to deliver. I have emails from them requesting money with their banking details..i have proof of the payment and all their conversations... If I am not contacted within the next 24 hours my next step is to contact my lawyers and expose this extortion to the OMBUDSMAN and the media so your company is going to be all over the news for!!!
