I have seen very many positive reviews on-line from fashion bloggers about Miss guided and after perusing through their website I decided to purchase a dress for an upcoming function in September. I paid 15.95 pounds (R257) for international delivery and shipping which I thought to be quite expensive by South African standards but I didn't mind because I loved the dress.
I subsequently received an email confirming my purchase in addition the email stated that it would send a follow up email with delivery and tracking details as soon as my shipment left the warehouse.
The parcel left the warehouse on the 2nd of August and international delivery is said to arrive within 10 working days from dispatch. Thus my parcel was supposed to arrive on the 15th/16th of August. Its now almost a week later and I was concerned so I sent an email to customer care to see if they could assist in tracking my parcel
Their response was very negative they stated that the delivery option that I selected suddenly did not have a tracking number which was absolute nonsense, they also stated that my package was untraceable & they were unwilling to assist any further or rectify the situation.
