When I received my Business Current Account staement, I was surprised to note that money as been taken out from my debit card on behalf of Dir App world Luxembourg, to the sum of £7.98 on the 12th of October. I never authorised this payment. I am worried they, whoever they are might take this amount every month. I appreciate very much if you can sort this out and cancel this debit card payments.
