APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE
I ORDERED A FRUIT BASKET FROM FRUIT GALORE'S WEBSITE FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY ON 9TH AUGUST. MY FRIEND NEVER RECEIVED THE BASKET. I SENT NUMEROUS EMAILS TO THE COMPANY BUT DID NOT RECEIVE A REPLY FROM THEM (OTHER THAN AN AUTOMATED ACKNOWLEDGEMENT). I RANG THEM ON A NUMBER OF OCCASIONS BUT NOBODY ANSWERED. FINALLY MANAGED TO SPEAK TO A MEMBER OF STAFF ON THE PHONE WHO PROMISED ME A REFUND, 2 WEEKS LATER I STILL HAVE NOT BEEN REFUNDED AND HAVE HEARD NOTHING FROM THE COMPANY.
