A very important delivery was booked to send out to a client; the client didn't receive it and informed us after a few days. Yodel claimed they attempted delivery three times, after which the parcel was sent back to us. After three weeks there has been no communication from them despite my calling a number of times to try track down the parcel. Every time I leave my number I'm assured they'll get back to me within 24 hours and I hear nothing. The parcel is now lost and I need to go through their claims department. Shocking service, terrible communication! This isn't the first incident and our company will now be looking for a new courier.
