Where to start I brought an apartment from Bulgarian dreams some three years ago which was of plan in Bansko
I visited the site to make shore this was being built and would be ready, which at the time is was a almost complete building but lacking power or water,
ashore this would be ready and fit for purpose but with a delay of 3 months
This is not the cases some 3 years down the line the complex is built but sill douse not have the certificate for electric to be switch on and is un rentable and unsellable
no one is will to help and just pars form person to person
