I placed an order for an item called NICI LOVECATS MOBILE PLUSH POUCH and an other item, but when I recieved the package and opened it, I found the latter item but not the pouch at all. I tried to call them at the phone number displayed on the website, but to no avail, just an automated recording to leave name and number and to expect a callback, which never came till now. I then tried to contact them on the chat window, and they responded. Through the interaction, I was told that the product was sent, but in reality it wasn't there, but the person replied that she had put it herself and they would not send me another one, and that was the end of the matter, unquote. This is very unjust and we want justice done, as we have paid a lot of money in UK currency, for an item which was not delivered at all.
