Whilst working on the RMS St Helena I was made to feel inferioir and threatened daily even infront of colleagues.never in my life had I exeperienced such humiliation as Mr Dennis the hotel services director would scream and shout at me just because I'm making sure rooms are EXTRA CLEAN onboard the ship. We are made to scrub toilets then serve food after and when we are sick they expect you to take one pill and be up and about in 30minutes! people travelling don't know what's happening behind the scenes there's no people skills amongst management and we are made to be slaves. I hated every moment I was onboard and will never recommend anyone to sail with this company if they treat their staff like that what do they think about the passengers? its only the capeyonians that get treated like **** yet we do most of the work while others order us around I'm glad I experienced what I did now I know and have seen what the U.K companies/people and the St. Helenians are about! DO NOT TRAVEL/WORK WITH THIS COMPANY THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANYONE EXCEPT THEMSELVES
