A2b Taxi
Not at all happy
A2b is the only taxi company I use as I thought they showed a more reliable and friendly services, I use their services almost everyday and sometimes I can use them up 4/5 times in the one day, I have never argued, ran from or not paid a tariff, however since moving home I've been told everytime I've called drivers will expect cash up front as well as my partner being asked the same, quite frankly I think this is quite judgmental and discriminating. I have never had or caused issues with the company and I feel the service I'm now being given is out of order and would appreciate if something could be done about it. I understand certain security measures are made, however I'm a loyal customer and as I mentioned before I've never caused any problems with the company so I don't understand why the company are causing problems with me. I'm 7 months pregnant, I don't mean to sound rude but I'm not about to run off anywhere, I'd like this to be addressed and dealt with please!
