I took an offer of a free sample of a smoking product in which I was only to pay shipping and handling. I received the product some time later having paid £3.95. When my credit card account statement came through the charge to my account was in fact £4.24 paid to youthealth - a company I had never heard of. I thought nothing of it, until my next Bank statement came in, with a payment of £77.97 to youthealth!! I have managed to contact them and they insist that It is in the terms and conditions that I had to cancel within 15days, otherwise I would be charged the full price for the product. None of this appeared on their website- it was just a simple advertisment for the free sample of the cleansmoke product. I did not knowingly at any time agree to any terms and conditions - I would not have ordered the product sample had there been. I did agree to the payment of the shipping and handling, and that is all! They now insist that I did agree to terms and conditions at the time of order. I have canceled any future payments to them. It is a scam to mislead people into ordering the product.
