I ordered and received button ugg boots from this company, paid £75. one boots is fine, the other doesn't have any fur on the sheepskin. They won't give me a return address to post the boots back. I've asked for a free refund or exchange (though, who'd want any more??) No reply.
Don't buy from any website unless they are stating they are based in UK or australia, and they have a company address up on their website!
