Not being able to use my card

I have been tryin since November to use my card. Firstly Barclaycard started sending my mail to Liverpool, France. It took five months to pursuade them that Liverpool was actually in England. They then sent me another card, the two previous were of no use. I managed to use the third one for all of twenty four hours and then it was blocked. I rang up and I was assured it was my fault for not putting the card in properly. Luckily I did not believe them and paid my last hotel bill with cash. This was to avoid the embarrasment I felt when the card was not accepted four days earlier. Today I decided to try it to see if it was working, of course it wasn't.

I am sorry to bother you in this way, and as I have been a client of yours for approx. thirty years I have turned to you for help. I can assure you I have tried every thing I can to find the complaints department at Barclaycard Visa.
