I purchased two Couche tot caps with the fur around collar and the little pom pom that hang off the bottom off the cape. I bought from a baby boutique in Hartlepool. I am disgusted at the quality the fur is bitty and some of the pom pom have fell off and others have been miss sewen and some have two pom pom on one string. The buttons have fell of the smallest one which is alarming as they were sharp and my eldest daughters cape the top button has fell off one has mis coloured and looks atroshious. I paid good money for these capes and thought it was with a good children's brand. Unfortunately the boutique does not stock the capes anymore because there were a lot of returns on the same problems. So I would like to know how Couche tot are going to resolve this please, selling unsafe items that are not sewen properly.
