We bought a car from Part Ex Clearance, COLNE, LANCASHIRE. However the trader said he doesn't have full log book car, but only "New Keeper slip", they asked us to fill the slip and V62 form. And promised us that they will send same day. After 1 month, we have not recieved the log boook, when we called they said they had forgotten to send off straight way. Therefore only sent it 1 day before. They guy on the phone was very unc o-operative and unhelpful. And never listened to me properly.
Now I got the insurance, paying for it. But cannot get the road tax because don't have the log book.
Please therefore do not buy any car from this trader, they are not reliable, waste of time and not honest too.
Once again: DO NOT BUY CAR FM Part Ex Clearance, COLNE, LANCASHIRE, THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE AT ALL. THEY ARE WASTE OF TIME. www.partexclearance.co.uk
