I made a purchase from this company (www.buyanalbolics.net) on Aug 11 and today is Sep 18 (38 days and counting) with no product, no email reply and no refund. As noted from several other complain blogs, www.buyanalbolics.net repliers have asked for the order information (order # 100813/08). I have sent several emails (at least 10, one each day past the maximum of 28 days) and have received no reply. Can anyone else corroborate similar experiences? What should a customer do to get a refund as this is the worst Customer Service I have ever seen?
