Background: Cashitz.net is a 'low' - payout PTR-site (Paid-To-Read). Owner Paul Westhead promiss a Daily 1% Payout, but he is uncompetent to guaranty even that minimum 1%.
A PTR-site needs to make investments, or it depends of a continuous increasement of new members and new upgrading, so on continuous stream of incoming money.
History: Paul Westhead, the owner of Cashitz.net, has kept the monthly incoming money only for himself, and to satisfy ' some ' members, he has did monthly payouts, at random...
So he could survive a certain time, by payout his earliest members, with the upgrading-money of the new members, but the biggest part of the money disappeared monthly in his pockets!
End begin 2005 he was getting in serious troubles because the monthly increasement of members stopped; after a lot of shutting downs of other scam PTR-sites, people would no longer invest in untrustable PTR-sites.
For Paul Westhead the dream was over, he had now to payout monthly the double of what he received... and that was impossible, because his 'reserves' always diappeared in his pockets! He did 'some' payouts, so he could keep some members who would defend him, and would promote Cashitz.net as 'an ALWAYS Honesty Site'; once the storm was over, and the complaints were stopped he could restart his stealing - activities!
So he decide to create a 'new income stream': all the members should have to pay a $10 Adminfee each six months! This would give him the opportunity for continu to rip-off his old and also new members; members who didn't agree to pay this six-monthly-fee would be further payout, and if they became difficult, he closed simply their account.
If his $10 Adminfee-plan succeed, Paul was guaranteed to continu his stealing activities still a few years, until he had enough money or autorities as the UK Fair Trading Commission should begin with investigation the complaints against his activities.
As all professional thiefs, he liked to work in silence; but people are inventive, and begun loudly to ask on Forums, Blogs and Messageboards, (and that's very publicly!) where their promissed payouts, since May were staying!
Damned, he almost succeed, because a number of members was paying the $10 Six-Monthly Adminfee, but the biggest part of his members refused to pay. Unfortunely for Paul Westhead, the storm isn't over and is getting into a tornado secondly, his wife, Penny, is owner of a 'Copy-Site' of Cashitz.net, named Surfwize.com. a good thief works with TWO hands, not ONE!
As Paul can't stay inactive, or nobody will believe him anymore, he's reopening Cashitz.net on Friday, August 12th, knowing that the attack is the best defense.
