Andrew Hunt have been managing my properties for me. On two occasions this year they have signed a new tenancy agreement's after I had agreed with them in writing that I did not want these renewed. I am now stuck with these tenants in my properties for the next year and can not sell!
Andrew Hunt personally inspected "faults" and gave me quotes to have the work fixed. I has independent trade specialists look at these and found no faults.
