This is the property management company of a flat I bought in mid 2012 in Birmingham. I had problem with Braemar Estates officers twice and the second one is such a classic that it is worth sharing.
First time--- It took us over 2 months of emails/phone correspondence with number of people at Braemar Estates office to get Fob keys for main entrance and ask them to invoice to me at the right address. Eventually, received the keys first and after further complains received invoice with right address on. I found it extremely mismanaged organisation, no sense of care or responsibility.
Second time ----- less than a year later, I starting inquiring about not receiving the service charge statement. Turns out they have been sending statements to the Wrong address and then got lawyers sending to the wrong address and lawyers got Court orders sent to the wrong address! All the time I was unaware of what was happening.
I had 5 people from Braemar Estates on my emails because we were in touch during the first time issue, yet nobody contact me!! and preferred to send letters and go to court. When I was only 2 seconds away???
What world are Braemar Estates Property team living?!!!
