I applied for the information pack off them on the 13/01 for £1.95 .thay took an additionl £36.37 out on the 14/01 without my permission i tried ringing the number and contacting them by e-mail which was on there terms and conditions but they were not reconized so i rang my bank and told them what had happened and they blocked my cards and started a fraud investigstion against grants profit.so then i went to the advert on facebook book and got to talk to someone on there support helpline on live chat.i told them that i did not authorize the second payment.they said it was automatic to get access to there web site.i told them it did not say anything about a web site just that they would send me a info pack out.they then said i paid for a password and customer id for the web site for 30days .i told them i had not recieved a password or id they said theres nothing they can do as its an automatic system.i ask for a refund they said i had to follow a link to fill a form out and wait till i was contacted.i believe these people to be thieves and liars and warn everybody to stay clea
