The "Grant Treasures 866-599-8662 GBR" was on the credit card statement.
ALL ON LINE GRANTS ARE A FRAUD!
After much searching I found similar information on the canadian government web sight. And no method of applying for a grant.
I was skeptical about grantsmoney.com but wanted to see what information they had.
