OK, to start off I am admitting that I was stupid to trust a PTC site. Which Bux.to is. (For those who don't know, Paid To Click on ads). But I must say that when I visited the site I was amazed how so many members were happy and making easy money. So I thought what the heck, I will give it a try.
So I signed up. I started as a standard member. Clicked about 15 ads a day. Give or take a few. Then I signed up to use the online forum (http://buxbb.com) and saw so many people claiming that they have been paid by earning money off of referrals. It is where you purchase unreferred members and you get credit/money for every add they click. From their site:

You click 10 ads per day = $0.10
20 referrals click 10 ads per day = $2.00
Your daily earnings = $2.10
Your weekly earnings = $14.70
Your monthly earnings = $63.00
So, I went ahead and purchased one and gave it a try. I started out with the 15 pack/referrals. Then sure enough, I started to see my earnings take off. I was so excited. So I decided to upgrade to premium and purchase the 100 pack. With premium you get more adds and you can receive a faster cash out. And sure enough, my earnings took off. As of now I have made almost $600. But, here's the kicker. I haven't been paid.
With premium membership I am suppose to receive my payout within 30 business days. I made my request back in March. It is now November. Eight months and not one cent has been paid.
Over the past few months Bux.to has come up with excuses and why they are unable to pay its members. Some are legit and some are just bogus. Bux.to offers payout to the Payoneer Card which premium members can get. Which I have. Or, you can receive payout to AlertPay. Which I also have.
Bux.to claims that there were problems with AlertPay and that they couldn't make mass payouts. So it slowed down payouts. OK, so why aren't the Payoneer/bux card payments not up to date? Then there is the auditing. Bux.to audits every payout to make sure auto clickers were not used by the account holder. I have no problem with this. But their method of checking is not working.
Then there is the DOS attacks. Supposedly PTC sites were getting hit with these attacks. But other PTCs recovered just fine. After the attacks Bux.to decided to go with a new site "Bux.to reload" but there are complications with this as well. So they claim. And as of now members are waiting for a new site, payouts, and the new rapid payment system. None have come to pass and every week we receive an announcement on the forum about a POSSIBLE solution. That's right. An announcement about a POSSIBLE solution. No real information has come to life. Sometimes we receive announcement on when we will receive a next update. Yes it has come ti this. People getting excited about a possible announcement. You have some loyal Bux.to fans that will defend Bux.to even when they are in the wrong. I have seen members tell other members that if they don't like it then LEAVE! Not without a fight, and not without my money. Or better yet, "It is all a gamble" Really? So what is the point?
Many members like myself is fed up with the delays, excuses, and stalling. But moderators and administrators keep telling us the same thing. Be Patient and you will get paid. I have waited for 8 months. I was supposed to be paid 7 months ago. I have been patient, but like all things, there must be a line drawn. So I complain and I demand answers. But you must be careful, or Mods will ban you and even threaten to take all your earnings if you try to hint fraud. You will see people ask you where is your proof, or that you don't have any proof. Basically you are treated as the bad guy. Imagine that? A customer who hasn't received their goods is the bad guy. I have seen members banned for posting info about bux.to and about its owners. It is said that their owners are fictitious and that the true owner was convicted of fraud awhile back.By the name of David John Withers.
At the same time, Bux.to mailing address and office address is not in the same country. Their office/site is in England. But to contact them by mail you have to mail all correspondences here:
8 Copthall, Roseau Valley 00152, Commonwealth of Dominica.
Either Tax evasion or something else. Who knows. But it doesn't look good when you can't give members a straight answer of where you are located. They tell you that they are located in Dominica, but that is not the case.
So to sum things up. As of now I have not received my payment. 8 months since my premium payout. Bux.to continues to ignore and ban members for speaking out. They will pay a hand full of members a day and claim that they are doing what they said they would do. But they skip members payments, and pay others who haven't waited that long. They claim it is due to the auditing or it was a foul up. Personally, I think they are doing it to make it look like they are speeding up payments. Who knows. And that is the point. The ball is in their court. And there isn't a thing we can do about it. And they know it. Like they keep telling us..."complaining isn't going to help". AND ignoring it isn't going to help either!
