Dear Sirs,
I bought this voucher as part of my sister 50Th birthday gift in December. Evidence that this was her 50th birthday can be provided.
On Saturday she suffered her second cancellation!!! She had travelled all the way to Liverpool with my nephew only to wait and be told that whilst you had booked a conference room you were not arriving that day.
Can you imagine how totally embarrassed I am about this gift. My sister had travelled on a beautiful Saturday when she could have done a million other things!!! This is the second cancellation the first one was done via e mail 24 hours before???
Please can you come back to me??? I would like a refund so that my sister can safely choose to do something else.
