I would like to verify if this company really exists. A friend of my mom from UK sent her a parcel containing a laptop, a mobile phone, a bag and a purse and he also included currency. When the parcel arrived in Malaysia the currency was detected and the customs hold it. My mom was asked to pay the amount of 3500 in Malaysian ringgit. We understand the policy and we are willing to pay. The problem is that the company wont allow my mom to go to their office to make the payment. They want her to pay through a bank account which they gave. That's why we are having doubts about the authenticity of this company. Please help us solve this problem. Ive searching the web for more info but to no avail. I hope you can do something about this even just by providing us the real existence of this courier company. Thank you very much.
