No client care whatsoever - ban people who seek to make a complaint
having made a complaint to seafight support about a senior admin making defamatory allegations in chat the "support" department refused repeatedly to provide details of any senior officers to whom the matter could be referred to and when i asked for details of their complaints procedures their response was to ban my ship off the water for 7 days. Clearly this is of concern as this is not simply an inconvenience - it is something which i have paid a considerable amount of money to develop and use. Support for these people appears to be "go away or we will take away what you have paid for to teach you a lesson". I have never come accross this type of arrogant behaviour and blatent threat in order to make a complaint "go away" and i am absolutely disgusted with them.
