Buisness Phones Direct cold called me last month. They offered to buy me out of my current o2 contract and offered to divert my landline calls to my mobile and I would not incur the cost of the call. I also needed another contract for a new employee so I very foolishly agreed to two contracts. To cut a long story short o2 took the money from me (£250) which BPD had said they would pay to buy me out of my contract. They have not diverted my calls and the second phone I sent back within a week as coverage was poor at my employee's home. I sent it back within time limit given, yet Im still paying for it. They have asked for proof of postage which i have provided but still I am paying Vodaphone £60 a month for a phone I do not have. The handset that I kept does not work, i have taken it to a Vodaphone shop and they have agreed there is a software problem and is faulty, yet again they are not prepared to do any thing about it. The complaints I have are literally endless. I have phoned them literally hundreds of times but my account manager (the only person who can apparently deal with my issues) will not answer my calls. I am left on hold for 25 minutes at a time, when there system automatically cuts you off! It is so incredibly frustrating. Since doing some research I realise that this company are nothing more than con merchants, there are literally hundreds of complaints on them.
