Norton Anti Virus Key
Not needed

I was told there was a Norton Security update. Having tried to update I was told I needed to buy another key to download which I did. When I tried to download I was told I already had Norton Security and didn't need this as well. All very confusing. I now want to cancel the order but don't know how. Order number is 4869558015
