Avoid shopindream like the plague, nightmare customer service experience, cost me more than double to try and correct the dress they had sent me and only did so as had no time to get something else and although they promised a refund for alterations per their online policy more than six months have past and nothing. The dress was awful quality and completely cut wrong. The claims dept. Wont even return my calls or emails anymore. To begin with they drive you crazy with months of instructions to get the refund apparently being helpful and polite always assuring a solution but it is just to bide time as once 45 days have past you no longer have the option of opening a dispute with paypal and trying to get your money back that way! Shopindream are scam artists and their complaints policy is a joke! I have hundreds of emails from them promising the refund, is anyone able to help as i've ehausted all other channels of trying to get my money back?
