Trying to change provider
I have been trying to change to new provider which I successfully did early 2016, I was told I did not need to pay termination fee just 30 days notice, this I gave by email. Then after a month I got a final termination saying I had to pay a fee for cancelling contract (even though I was told I would not have to. After many telephone calls made by myself and e mails I still getting bills and threats to cut off our phone lines, I have asked them to do that and if they want start court proceedings I have all emails, names and dates of people I spoke to. They are so just an incompetent company no one should ever use them again
