Optimal Hosting is a

I have been duped to take the same hosting service by AvalancheX. I have submitted 6 tickets via the so-called customer service system on Optimal's internal members' site, to no avail. Despite getting confirmation that the hosting was supposedly up-and-running, I cannot login into the control panel to upload my website. I have called the telephone number twice, and been told there is nobody available to take my call (it appears to be a virtual office). I cannot help but feel this is an online . Beware.
