Equested a small piece of glass cut for picture frame, slow service then told it would be GBP10! Had recently bought same elsewhere for 2 so they grudgingly said GBP5 was the minimum then when I said that was unreasonable for the item the owner stormed in and took away the glass and my frame, demanding that I had to pay to be given my own frame back! Rude, extortionate and frankly no clue. Do not buy glass or beds from here.
