Towbar express first ordered the wrong towbar in and it cost me a full afternoon of work and as I am self employed this was very costly. They then said they would send out the van to me the next day at 1 o'clock. At 2pm I called them to see where they were, the chap then over set off from the depo. In total, cost me on top of the price two afternoons off work and rearrange work on the first night. Very rude woman on the phone as well!
