I called kitchensuber and they sent round a representative who attempted to design a new kitchen for me. I was bowled over by the low price, but this was low for a very good reason. Anyway, they sent round two fitters of Polish origin, both of who appeared to be very friendly. The problem is that they have turned out to be equally incompetent and one of them could barely speak English, which made communication extremely difficult. The kitchen is of very low quality and the way they have nailed it in means that there are internal chips all over the place. Also, I ordered a specific colour and when the kitchen came it was a different colour and wood type altogether! They have failed to send a work surface and because the fitters said that they could only work for 2 days, I was obliged to buy another. Also, they have not sent a couple of panels. The fitters have refused on several occasions to come again or have simly not been available, but have not reappeared. I have tried numerous times to ring kitchensuber, but the phone is almost never answered. On the couple of occasions that it has been answered, the person on the other end has told me that it is only a call centre and then has been rude and unco-operative, or has simply hung up! I cannot cook, as I am afraid to use the cooker because this might impact on my claim. My kitchen is a half-completed hole and I am getting ill from the stress and the knowledge that I may have lost quite a lot of money. The claims court now beckons if I can get no other resolution.
