I too was taken in by this company and have been charged £20 this month for jewellery that hasn't arrived, not that I want their rubbish anymore. I paid the first time with my credit card so got in touch with credit card company who are goin to refund the money and also put a stop on these fraudsters ever taken money from my account again.
I would suggest that you get in touch with your bank and explain the situation to them and they should reiburse and also block the company taking money from your account.
