6 weeks late and
2 months ago I oredered some flash cards from Amazon with a delivery date of 6th to 26th of Sept. today I received an email from the supplier informing me of a customs problem - 6 WEEKS AFTER THE DELIVERY DATE. I am coming to the UK on holiday next week and expected to collect my goods to bring back with me. I hold Amazon responsible for this fiasco as I place my orders with them in good faith assumming they have vetted the companies allowed to use their medium to sell products. It is amazing how quickly they take the money but then point out all sorts of small print and reasons as to why it is not thier fault /problem. Botom line: I have no products, no money, no updated delivery date and should the goods ever arrive I will have to pay for them to be forwarded to myself. This makes the whole idea of the exercise pointless. Very dissallutioned with the attitude and lack of proffessionalism from Amazon uk.
