I bought a kit to repair my Samsung fridge freezer told that no qualifications needed to fit this diy kit fitted kit and worked perfect for 11 months then started same problem prior to fitting kit, contacted the above company who have tried every dirty trick in the book not to replace this kit which Trading Standards tell me should last a reasonable time and they confirm that it has not lasted a reasonable time and I should get a replacement or a refund, right from the start these people didn't want to know so now I will take them to small claims court
this is a despicable company selling diy kits then when you make a claim they ask for your qualifications in fitting the diy kit that they sell, most unhelpful company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with absolutely despicable attitude towards customers, cowboys really
