Hullo, since my last complaint regarding SA Dating I've sent approximately 15 e-mails. They're situated in Berkshire, England and they also refuse to mention a person's name. They refuse to refund monies and I've had to cancel my credit card. They SHOULD have deducted R690 in all and instead, they've ****** R2035. They have a host of explanations which do not fit the Site instructions. They provide THREE tickboxes: One Month, Three Months, Six Months. This doesn't matter to them, they simply keep on and on and on deducting money. How MANY people are being conned this way? This is one of their responses:
"When you first made your payment to "Global Personals" it states we work on an automatic renewal subscription that will renew at the end of each period. This information is presented to you in our terms of use, both before and after you make your initial payment, along with the procedure to cancel your subscription. As well as this, your renewal date, time and cost is displayed in your 'Site Membership' section at all times so that you are able to keep track of your own subscription..."
NOwhere does it state: "automatic renewal!!! " - WHY have tick-boxes???
