I bought an ati virus soft ware on the from hardtecsupport co Mauritius for£53.27 on the 24th of August on line and payed by debit visa card. As of this month you started collecting direct debit payment of £2.99 and £4, 99 on the 12th of October. The antivirus software does not exist on my computer and did make effort to retive it as per their advice. I was unsuccessful. Therefore, please find a way to cancel the direct debit forthwith. I appriciate you help in ths matter.
